Shipping Policy

Defined Locs offers 1-3 days processing time to ship items to customers. Shipping times vary from 1-3 days before it reaches the customer. You will receive a tracking number via email when items have been shipped. Please be sure to insert correct address when placing orders.

Return & Exchange Policy

Defined Locs offers return on all items that are NOT opened except on hair extensions due to sanitary reasons. Your return window is within 7 business from time received. At this time, return shipping will be the customers responsibility.
